About the School
Escola Cristalina is a learning and therapeutic space that integrates psychology, consciousness, and humanistic spirituality.
Here, we explore the many dimensions of human intelligence — mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual — bringing together science and soul, reason and intuition, body and awareness.
The name “Cristalina” represents the pure and integral nature of the human being: transparent, ethical, lucid, and compassionate. It is not related to the use of crystals, but rather to the metaphor of inner clarity and essential truth.
We teach you to reconnect, raise your frequency, and live with joy, lightness, and purpose.
We teach you to reconnect with your essence, to live with purpose, serenity, and truth — and to remember what it truly means to be human.
The Cristalyne Method
The Cristalyne Method, created and developed by Ana Isabel Ferreira, is a therapeutic process of reconnection with one’s essential nature, integrating psychological, relational, and spiritual approaches.
This method works on the alignment between mind, heart, and consciousness — fostering emotional clarity, inner presence, and coherence between thought, feeling, and action.
It is a path of ethical, profound, and conscious healing, applied in both individual sessions and educational contexts of human development.

Ana Isabel Ferreira — Psychologist and Founder of Escola Cristalina With over 25 years of experience in clinical and therapeutic work, her path has been guided by a deep commitment to truth, ethics, and genuine healing.
Her mission is to awaken what is true in each human being, integrating science and soul, reason and intuition, body and spirit.
Creator of the Cristalyne and Crystaline Constellations methods, she trains therapists in Portugal and abroad, sharing a lucid, compassionate, and ethical vision of human transformation.
